Field Quantization and Spontaneous Emission in Left-handed Material

Recently, research on left-handed materials （LHMs） has attracted considerable attentions. The LHMs are a kind of man-made metameterials which have negative permittivity and negative permeability. These metameterials have many novel properties such as inverse light pressure, and reverse Doppler effect, which lead to many potential applications of LHMs such as superlenses which, in principle, can achieve arbitrary subwavelength resolution. However, though the properties mentioned above are seen to be classical, the quantum phenomena in LHMs have also attracted attentions such as the modified spontaneous emission of atoms in LHME.     

KNSBN晶体猫式互抽动相位共轭光特性

在KNSBN：Ce晶体中，利用二波耦合作用，在单一光束无法获得相位共轭光的条件下，实现了“猫”式互抽运相位共轭光输出，获得较高的共轭光发射率，实验结果表明，晶体的二波耦合作用可以使晶体的自抽运相位共轭光的阈值光强降低。入射光的入射角范围增大，响应时间缩短。     

Crystal field analysis of the magnetization curves of R2Fe17 and R2Fe17H3 (R=Tb,Ho,Er)

In this paper the values of the crystalline-electric-field parameters A_nm for R₂Fe₁₇ and R₂Fe₁₇H₃ (R=Tb,Ho,Er) are evaluated by fitting calculations to the magnetization curves measured on the single crystal at several temperatures. The fitted A_nm for R₂Fe₁₇ are strikingly different from those for the corresponding R₂Fe₁₇H₃. The energy gaps between the lowest four energy levels for Ho ions in Ho₂Fe₁₇₂ can be reproduced by using the fitted A_nm and exchange field 2μ_BH_ex, which estimated from the fit of the temperature dependence of the spontaneous magnetization combined with inelastic neutron scattering experiment.     

Raman spectroscopic study of ceramic Sr2Bi4Ti5O18

Raman spectra of ceramic Sr2Bi4Ti5O18 （SBTi5） are reported to consist of four different Raman bands. Temperature-dependent spectra reveal the relationship between the lattice vibration and the material＇s structure. There appears a relatively large change in structure of the material at about 273K, The anharmonic potential of the material has a great influence on its phonon mode full width at half maximum （FWHM）, which can be expressed by a function of temperature. Theoretical fittings of the FWHMs for the two modes at around 312 cm^-1 and 464cm^-1 indicate that the latter phonon mode is more anharmonic than the former one.     

光子晶体中四能级系统的量子相干效应

研究了处于光子带隙材料中的四能级原子系统的电磁感应透明、自发辐射和光子开关效应，分析了其稳态与瞬态特性, 发现特殊的模密度能够导致反常的吸收、色散、自发辐射及瞬态无反转增益, 并可以通过外加调制场进行控制.详细讨论了特殊频率处模密度的变化对透明窗口和光子开关效应的影响. 关键词： 光子带隙材料 电磁感应透明 模密度 光子开关     

铟封前后透射式GaAs光电阴极光谱响应特性的测试与分析

利用自行研制的光谱响应测试仪工程化样机,对透射式GaAs光电阴极在高温激活结束、低温激活结束以及铟封成管后的光谱响应特性进行了测试。结果显示,铟封后阴极整个响应波段的光谱响应下降,长波响应受到最显著的影响,表现为800~815 nm之间长波响应大幅度衰减,截止波长和峰值波长向短波移动,峰值响应和积分灵敏度减小,最终的光谱响应曲线变得平坦。阴极参量的计算结果反映铟封后阴极的表面逸出几率降低,说明铟封引起阴极表面激活层发生变化,使得能量较低的长波段光生电子不容易逸出,阴极长波响应和灵敏度随之降低。进一步分析了铟封过程中影响阴极表面激活层的因素。     

连续级联喇曼光纤激光器耦合波方程的修正

从最基本的耦合波方程出发，考虑光波正反向传输的情况下，推导出了一个全面的、准确的关于连续级联喇曼光纤激光器的理论模型，描述了各级Stokes光波功率沿光纤长度的变化.指出了相关一些文献中存在的不足，并且给出了多级斯托克斯光波相互作用的有效作用面积的表达式.此模型有助于喇曼光纤激光器的设计.     

VOn±(n=0,1,2)的势能函数与光谱常数研究

用密度泛函B3LYP/6-311++G(d,p)方法和相对论有效实势(Lanl2dz基组)对VO^n±(n=0,1,2)分子离子的势能函数及光谱常数进行了分析. 结果表明它们都能稳定存在, 其基态电子状态分别是:⁴Σ(VO^2-), ³Σ(VO^-), ⁴Σ(VO), ³Σ(VO⁺)和²Σ(VO²⁺). 其中VO^2-和VO²⁺的势能函数曲线呈“火山口”型, 属于亚稳态分子离子. 用七参数Murell-Sorbie势拟合VO^2-和VO²⁺分子亚稳态双原子分子离子势能函数, 发现其拟合曲线与势能函数曲线符合得很好. 同时,讨论了电荷对势能函数和能级的影响. 关键词： 分子离子 密度泛函理论 势能函数 能级     

关于不含k-C-圈的n阶r-一致超图的若干结果

主要讨论了不含k-C-圈的n阶r-一致超图,对不同的k,分别得出了它的极大边数的一个下界,并且得出在有些情况下它的下界是最大的.另外,我们得到了Krn含k-C-圈的一个充分必要条件.     

PPLT倍频宽线宽掺镱双包层光纤放大激光

分别通过理论和实验研究了周期性极化的钽酸锂（PPLT）倍频宽线宽准连续掺镱双包层光纤放大激光.PPLT样品长为40 mm，极化周期为7.67 μm.基频光的中心波长为1064 nm，线宽约为6 nm.从基频光的光谱特性出发，利用超晶格倍频理论，解释了实验中获得的倍频温度与二次谐波功率之间的关系.在基频光的功率为2.2 W时，获得的宽线宽光纤激光倍频效率为1.8%.
